05/19/2025 Tails Around Town - I was so excited to take Dameon out for Tails Around Town. The first spot I took him to was Mitchell Park in Tempe so we could walk around in a park with lots of shade and trees! Dameon got in lots of sniff time and then we chilled on a bench and listened to the birds. This dog was great on a leash and well mannered in public. Next, we headed down to the ASU area and walked to a Starbucks. We went inside and ordered our drinks and the whole time Dameon was calm, happy and friendly to all humans nearby. We decided to walk around downtown Tempe a little bit more.Dameon laid down and enjoyed watching people walk by. He got pretty comfortable and splooted as pitties like to do and then rolled on his back enjoying the feel of carpet on his back. We stayed for a bit and then walked back to the car. I decided to pay a visit to the store I work for and introduce him to all my coworkers. He made friends with each and every one of them! Next, we went to Lucy‘s at the Orchard where he could hang out on the shaded turf on the patio and made friends with four nice ladies. He did not react to other dogs, birds, or people on bikes. He was a pleasant little adventure buddy the entire day! I believe so much in my heart that this boy deserves the most loving home. |
