About me I love playing with toys especially ones that I can fetch and bring back to you. I know some basic commands such as sit, down and shake. I enjoy getting treats on a regular basis and will take them gently from your hand. My adoption fee is a bargain! Not only do you get my unconditional love and a new BFF, it includes my spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, and even some cool coupons!

| 04/08/2025 K9 was an easy pull from the kennel with an excited pull to exit but was easily manageable. K9 ignored other dogs while exiting wing. K9 willingly jumped in the car and was a great passenger in the backseat. Upon arrival at work, K9 waited until invited out of the car and exited with no problem. K9 greeted many people with soft wiggly body outside the building but did hesitate a minute with one large male. In my office, we opened up the warehouse and then played fetch for about 10 minutes and K9 would drop the ball and allow for handler to pick up. We ran an errand and K9 waited patiently in the backseat while I was in the store. Made some breakfast for K9, made to sit and wait until bowl was placed on floor. K9 then curled up under my desk and took a nap while I worked. She stayed in the office unattended while I accepted a delivery with no destruction. On potty break, K9 walked nicely on leash with minimal to no pull and checked in with handler frequently. Happily, met more people on walk. After work, we stopped by a restaurant patio for a snack and K9 had no problems. Even with another puppy barking at her, K9 stayed close to handler, laid down and did not pull towards other dog. K9 again hopped back in car and rode back to the shelter in calm manner. K9 was an easy return and allowed leash removal. K9 knows sit, stay, shake and probably lay down. K9 was so well behaved, easy to handle and joy to have around for the day. |

| 02/27/2025 Closed outside for morning cleaning. Approached handler, head low with slight tail wag, took treats. Easy to leash and walk to yard, showed no interest in other dogs. Affiliative with handler, jumped on lap soliciting attention, allowed petting all over. Became jumpy as handler stood, able to distract canine and play fetch. Followed handler to gate, able to pick up leash and walk back to kennel with no issues, easy return and leash removal. |
