About me Hello, I'm MCQUEEN. I may be a bit timid at first, but I promise you, my heart is as big as the world. I'm the kind of dog who enjoys quiet afternoons and gentle pets. I'm not one for big crowds or loud noises, I prefer the peace and tranquility of a calm home. I am kind and sweet, always eager to please. I love to learn new tricks, especially when treats are involved. I'm just a simple dog with a lot of love to give. Adopting me would mean gaining a loyal friend who will always be there for you, no matter what. My adoption fee is a bargain! | 06/22/2025 Dog was at front of kennel with wagging tail, loose body. Became very wiggly when handler offered treat, demand barking and jumping on kennel door. Allowed for easy leashing and walked with strong pull all the way to yard, not reactive to dogs in passing. In play yard dog had high energy throughout time in yard, would run around yard and stop for attentions with handler allowing petting all over, would run and explore more. Came to handler when called over to leave and exited yard with strong pull. Strong pull all the way back to kennel. Entered kennel with no issues and allowed handler to reach in to remove leash. |

Took treat from handlers hand gently, settled then became high energy, jumping on kennel door with wagging tail, wiggly body. Allowed for easy leashing, pushed out of kennel with strong pull, would sniff passing kennels but not reactive. Not reactive to dogs being walked in passing. In play yard dog had high energy, jumped up on handler and would dig in with nails, no issue directing off verbally and with treats, took treats gently. Dog would bark at dogs outside of yard, maintaining high energy throughout time in yard, would jump on handler if petted, would solicit attentions but become aroused, handler would turn away from dogs jumping attempts and dog would explore elsewhere. Came to handler when called over, wiggly and soft, no issue grabbing leash. Walked with strong pull back to kennel. No issue returning to kennel and removing leash by hand. |
