06/24/2025 Foster returned Petunia due to her reactivity to other dogs in apartment complex. "Petunia bonded with an apartment employee. We tried to bring our dogs together. Petunia too aggressive. She is amazing inside the apartment." Foster also noted that Petunia is sweet, affiliative and learns quickly. She was friendly with other people but lunged/barked/growled at other dogs. |

06/23/2025 From the foster parent: Petunia continues to do well in foster care. We are experiementing to find out which food Petunia likes. She appears to be okay with small dogs but when she sees medium to large dogs she reacts by pulling and lunging on the lead and barking. She does very well with all people. |
06/19/2025 FROM FOSTER: Petunia has done exceptionally well on her first night. She’s comfortable even with the loud noises from cars and trains. It seems like she’s housebroken. She doesn’t seem particularly interested in toys, but she did move them around overnight. Last night, I took her for a two-mile walk. She enjoys both daylight and nighttime walks. Petunia is very reactive to other dogs. She barks and pulls when they’re around |

06/08/2025 I went for a four paws walk today. Petunia was interested and aware of other dogs while on their walk. Petunia’s energy level was medium, strength was average for their size, and walking style would best be described as zigzagging, stop and go, loose leashed. Petunia’s personality was playful, affectionate, curious, alert, excited, independent and Petunia sits on command. Petunia is food motivated and does take treats gently. Started off stop and go, went to pulling and zig zag as she got curious and then a little loose leash at the end.. feet in pool . Wants food for tricks |
