07/13/2025 From Volunteer: Stepped into room to leash, slow walking to play yard, loose leash, appears potty trained, likes to stay close to handler, enjoys sniffing the yard, no reaction to dogs, sweet boy, friendly, soft body and tail wags. |
07/12/2025 slight tense body, allowed leash placement and handler to muzzle wrap and give vaccine and easy to put in kennel. |
07/11/2025 Familiar handler entered life room, speaking to dog to make sure dog knew who was there and where they were. Dog approached handler with soft body and wagging tail. Easy to leash. Walked erratically on leash, unsure of surroundings, and needed some direction from handler. In yard, dog explored, cautiously at first, then began relaxing as he got used to his surroundings. Frequently approached handler, accepting petting briefly before running off again. No issues on return. Removed leash by hand. |
07/04/2025 This morning when cleaning had feces smeared in front and back of kennel |
07/01/2025 Laying in back half of kennel. Would not come forward. Requesting a full evaluation. |
07/01/2025 Dog was outside when handler approached, would not come forward and was pacing in back portion of kennel jumping up at kennel door. Not interested in treats offered or tossed. Met dog on other side where dog was at front of kennel with head low, tail tucked, some pacing, ate treats tossed on ground when handler walked away. Dog froze in place as handler presented leash, allowed for easy leashing and walks with easy leash pull, not bothered by dogs in passing but became startled and had more stronger leash pull. In play yard dog explored, fast pacing and distant from handler but would allow pets if walking by handler. Dog went potty and would observe fenceline, would come to handler if called over but will walk away shortly after. Dog showed interest in pool in yard but would not enter. Had some soft body when called over to handler, allowed petting once leash was retrieved. Walked back to kennel with some pulling. Walked right into kennel and allowed handler to remove leash by hand. ***Please see medical notes and needing to follow-up with a family veterinarian. |
07/01/2025 Needs a water dish outside as well |
06/28/2025 Easy leashing, walking into Bubble. Tolerated restraint for vaccines and allowed all petting. Walked to kennel with strong pull, zig zag, and entered with no issue |
