About me Hi! I'm Fry, a young pup full of energy and love. I'm really sweet and love making new friends, though I might be a bit shy at first. I've learned to sit nicely and I'm getting the hang of walking on a leash, but sometimes I get a bit stressed when walking by barking dogs. I just need a little patience and lots of playtime! | 03/11/2026 Handler appoarched kennel from the outsdie and was able to easily leash K9. K9 walked with a loose leash, sofy cuvry body, and a swishing tail. Once in the yard K9 stayed close to the handler pressing into legs for attention. Allowed petting all over. Walked back to the kennel without concerns, and allowed for easy leash removal. |

| 11/20/2025 Handler approached dog from kennel front; Dog was laying down on bed; started to low growl , stood up, and hesitant on approach but stood at door; Handler spoke softly and gave treats through door; Dog ate treats; Handler cracked door slightly and dog came forward and was easy to be leashed; Dog walked with weary; slight hesitancy past louder barking dogs and avoided ; but quieter ones ignored. Dog walked with minimal pull; zig zag; Dog entered yard and dog was exploring yard shaking; explored yard briefly then approached handler and would solicit pets and attention and comfort from loud noises from construction; Dog remained shaking and tail tucked; would seek out handler for comfort; leaned into petting; allowed handling all over; weary of loud noises or fast movements in yard; dog took treats nicely; dog demonstrated command sit. Dog was overall calm and didnt jump on handler at all; Dog would continue to approach handler and solicit pets and attention. When time to go back to kennel dog walked with a minimal pull; zig zag walking; walked right into kennel with no issues; was able to unleash by hand; |
| 11/19/2025 Dog was locked in back kennel due to AM cleaning, handler approached from back kennel. Dog was standing against kennel gate with tense posture and low tail. Handler began tossing in treats, dog jumped off gate and began chasing treats. Handler attempted to cast leash over dogs head, dog snarled and lip curled at leash. Handler switched to luring for further attempts. Handler was able to lure dog to door of kennel and spent some time desensitizing dog to leash touching near head. Once handler was able to get dog to put entire head through handler was able to secure leash. Once leash was secured handler opened kennel and walked dog to nearby yard. Dog walked with rounded body and was skittish of loud noises and quick movements. Handler reached to adjust stopper on leash and so lowered body quickly and tried to pull away. Handler attached a second leash and dropped drag-line. Dog wandered yard and kept distance at first marking the yard. Dog walked to opposite side of yard and defecated. Dog was skittish and jumpy when handler approached to pick up feces and ran to assistant handler. Assistant handler was able to get dog to take treats and allow petting under chin. Handler was able to , with time, pet more and more of dog without flinching. Dog is highly food motivated and handlers played 'Find-It' game briefly. Handler was able to retrieve leash and walk dog back to kennel. Dog froze at threshold into kennel backs area. Dog thrashed and tried to pull out. Handler was able to get dog to settle and assistant handler prepared a treat trail to get him through the door and then dog willingly walked back t kennel. Handler used clip leash to remove leash. |
