| 01/13/2026 **Assistant handler pulled and returned dog** On kennel approach dog displayed loose and wiggly body; easily leashed over cone; exited kennel with strong pull; fully piloerect, lunging at doors and growling at other dogs in kennels in passing. Once out of building dog settled briefly and walked with moderate pull to lower play yards. Allowed dog to decompress for about 5 minutes in yard with handlers before bringing other dog to lower play yards. While alone in yard, dog sniffed with loose and relaxed body, wagging tail, approached handlers for pets; sat for treats; engaged; slightly jumpy; overall calm demeanor. Another handler brought A4293040 Cookie (very calm and tolerant dog) to neighboring play yard. At sight of dog coming down steps this dog became alert; forward body; low growl; barking; pilo; easily redirected by handlers with treats and verbal coaxing; practiced "look at that" with treats; turned to handlers and loosened; able to disengage. Handlers spent about 10 minutes allowing dogs to coexist in neighboring yards, periodically closing distance and creating space until dogs were able to stand next to each other on opposite sides of the fence with low arousal; neutral wagging tail. Practiced parallel activities on opposite sides of fence; dog would bark and grumble periodically but settle. Used a lot of treats and verbal encouragement when dog interracted calmly and gave space when arousal increased. Handler brought A4293040 Cookie in front of yard with less visual barierr and repeated same steps; entered into catch pen; slowly allowed dog to approach catch pen; pulled hard on leash with forward body and flagged tail but no longer growling or barking; tail lowered and began neutral tail wag; sniffed A4293040 through fence calmly. After a few minutes of calm behavior, assistant handler brought dog to opposite end of yard and brought A4293040 in. Practiced parallel walking around yard; arousal increased; dog had strong pull; low growling. Dog settled; placed breathable muzzle to allow closer sniffing safely; dog had no reaction initially but then pulled strong with low growl and high arousal with muzzle; removed muzzle. Allowed dogs to coexist at distance, then ended interraction with dogs calmly sniffing on opposite sides of fence. Ended on calm neutral interraction; dog pulled stongly back to kennel and had full pilo, growling, lunging at kennels in passing on way back to kennel; entered kennel with no issue. |

| 01/06/2026 Dog was closed to back half of kennel during AM cleaning. Approached kennel, dog would lunge towards kennel gate, alarm barking with a flagged tail. Handler would kneel down @ gate while offering treats & kennel flirting with dog. Once dog would settle tail & body, handler would open kennel gate & leash without issues. Walked to main PY with a hard pull on leash while pulling towards nearby kennels, attempting to fence fight. Once in PY, dog would turn to handler with soft tail wag jumping up onto handlers legs, able to pet dog & offer more treats then dropped leash. Dog would start to explore PY with nose to ground while having a flagged tail flicking rocks up in air with e-collar. Handler would call dog over, dog would approach handler with a relaxed tail wag & lean into handler while being pet. Another handler would walk past PY & dog would rush to fence line while alarm barking with flagged tail until handler was out of sight then would continue to explore PY with flagged tail. As time went by another handler walk by PY with a dog on leash, this dog would rush towards fence line while alarm barking & growling while having a flagged tail & hackles raised along shoulder & spine. Handler would attempt to call dog over, dog would not break focus until the dog & handler was completely out of sight. Handler would pick up leash dog would quickly turn body towards handler become still bodied then do a shake off. Walked dog back to kennel, dog would remain with tail flagged & hackles raised, attempting to fence fight with nearby kennels. Entered into kennel with treats being tossed into kennel. Allowed leash removal to be done by hand. 01/09/26 14:31 Updating requirements and recommendations based on reactivity to other dogs. 01/14/26 09:11 Updating color level, requirements and recommendations based on additional information.
