About me Hi, I'm Downey! I'm a young pup full of energy and love. I adore playing with everyone and exploring every corner with my curious nose. Although I still need a bit of training, I'm eager to learn, especially if there are treats involved! I love getting affection and will nuzzle right back. Sunbathing is my favorite pastime on sunny days. If you're looking for a loyal friend to bring joy and playfulness into your home, I'm your guy. Let's make endless memories together! My adoption fee is quite the deal! Not only do you get my unconditional love and a new BFF, it also includes my spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, and even some cool coupons! Why wait? Come meet me today!
| 04/01/2026 Soft, wiggly body at front of kennel. Solicited attentions thru kennel door and accepted treats gently. Allowed for easy leash placement at front of kennel. Walked with some pulling but overall easy leash pull to play yard, remained wiggly and interested in dogs in passing, will sniff towards dogs with wagging tail, no issues directing to yard. Once in yard dog had soft, wiggly body throughout, solicited attentions with handler allowing petting all over, accepted treats gently. Knows "SIT", will jump up onto handler but was gentle with playful energy and easy to direct away. Sniffed yard with soft body and wagging tail, came to handler when called over. Picked up leash and walked back to kennel with no issues, solicited attentions with all staff in passing allowing petting all over, remained wiggly. Walked into kennel on own, allowed handler to remove leash by hand. |

This approach is essential for the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets involved.* |
