| 07/23/2026 07/23/26 12:09 Targeted exam S/O: Gen - BAR, BCS 6-7/9, good appetite for offered treats, moderate appetite for kibble, no stool in kennel but was shown bag full of small pebbles that patient defecated along with a small amount of blood and mucus EENT - Eyes clear and free of discharge/redness. Nose clean and free of discharge. H/L/MM - Normal respiratory rate and effort. No coughing or sneezing. No stertor, no stridor. Mucous membranes pink and moist with CRT<2s. GI - Abdomen tense, not able to perform full palpation due to behavior. INTEG - Coat is clean and clear of redness and ectoparasites. NEURO - Normal mentation. M/S - Normal gait. No muscle atrophy or lameness appreciated. A: - mild GI irritation secondary to ingestion of pebbles P: - add wet food to diet - monitor appetite/stool for three days - medically okay to PUFA |
