| 09/04/2026 Timid of leash when attempted to place, lassoed over head, fast dash to exit the kennel with moderate pull to yard. Once in yard k9 explored and defecated in yard almost immediately, after k9 did approach handler and allowed petting but remained head shy of fast movements. Fast walk back to the kennel, once in kennel k9 did run in quickly and remained head shy but did allow me to remove the leash by hand. |

| 05/28/2026 Handler approached kennel front, dog was loose bodied and affiliative. Handler tossed over a few treats. Dog was too excitable to notice, dog was attempting to push out during leashing process but allowed leash to be draped over head without issue. Once leash was secured, handler opened gate, dog exited kennel and ignored occupied kennels in passing. Handler walked dog to nearby PY, dog had moderate pull and remained at end of leash during entire walk. Dog showed hesitancy when passing through thresholds, dog would pause and then dart through once door was open wide enough. Once on gravel dog immediately urinated, dog displayed "potty trained" behaviors during evaluation. Once secured in PY handler adjusted leash stopper and released dog, dog continued to urinate and defecate several times while surveying the yard. Handler was able to recall dog easily while seated on the bench, dog approached solicited pets and then climbed on the bench next to handler. Dog nuzzled treat pouch but was not pushy or sticking face in, dog sat next to handler and allowed petting with ears pinned back and relaxed facial features. Handler tossed out a treat scatter and dog immediately began sniffing out treats. Handler then began walking to catch pen and retrieved leash. Handler walked dog back to kennel, dog pulled moderately and continued to ignore occupied kennels in passing. Once in kennel handler offered some treats and waited for dog to finish them before removing leash by hand with no difficulty. |

SOURCE WAS ADHEREING TO THE PRACTICE OF NOT INTRODUCING THE TWO PETS TO EACH OTHER WHEN THIS PET SOMEHOW KNOCKED OFF THE DOGGY DOOR COVER. THIS PET WAS OUTSIDE AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THE OTHER DOG WHO WAS JUST LAYING DOWN AT THE TIME INSIDE. THIS DOG IMMEDIATELY LUNGED AT THE OTHER DOG AND BIT ITS FRONT RIGHT PAW CAUSING A PUNCTURE. THE SOURCE WAS ABLE TO TREAT THE WOUND AND NO VETERANARY CARE WAS NEEDED. SOURCE ADDED THAT THIS DOG A5162317 INITIATED THE CONTACT AND WAS THE AGGRESSOR. --Has your pet been around any other people or children?
