6/20/2025 Dog was wiggly bodied on kennel approach; Handler spoke softly to dog and threw in treats ; Dog was very treat motivated; Handler unlocked kennel and cracked door a little; dog seemed to be excited to come out; redirection attention to treats and threw more in ; setting the leash in was able to leash dog first try with ease; Dog had a hard pull to exit. Ignored dogs in passing; Once in yard , dog explored yard and was going potty most duration of yard time; Dog wasnt jumpy; Handler was sitting on bench and dog came up and solicited pets and attention between sniffing yard; Handler grabbed blue ball with squeaker and dogs ears perked up and became alert on ball; Handler was playing with ball with dog; Dog liked to play keep away; recommend two toys or balls to transition between throwing; Dog was grabby with toy; When time to return dog to kennel; handler clipped on clip leash for precaution; Dog walked back with a moderate pull ; went right into kennel. Handler threw in treats and was able to pull leash off with clip lead.

4/16/2025 Handlers apporached the front of the kennel, K9 was whinning, and jumping up on the door. Handler apporached the door, and threw high value treats (hot dogs) into the kennel, K9 turned to eat treats and handler cracked open the door with a large looped leash and attempted to leash K9. K9 pushed passed the leash and leash got caught on foot, 2nd handler was able to leash K9. K9 had a strong hard pull while walking to the yard. Once in the play yard K9 explored the yard. Stopping momentarily to elimanate fecal matter three times. Whiel K9 was walking around yard K9 would turn head and look at handlers from a distance. K9 made rounds to where handlers were sitting on the bench. K9 took treats gently, and allowed handler to pet K9. During interaction K9 would move head away from handler's hands and look away. K9 then expolred yard again and then came up to bench and started to sniff around the handlers. He then walked up to handlers and sat with facing away from handler with back toward them. Allowing handler's to pet along back. During time in yard K9 did not seek out interaction but when interaction was given he did not move away. K9 had a strong pull back toward kennel, K9 did try to push back from entering kennel. Handler used medium leash pressure to guide K9 into kennel and hold leash as handler shut door.
