6/21/2025 EET Rounds: Licking kennel walls with a fast tick tock tail.
6/20/2025 Dog approached handlers, soft body and wagging tail, took treats. Jumpy while placing both leashes, once leashed dog exited kennel, first handler had one leash, second handler held other leash. On the way to yard dog grabbed second handler's leash and chewed, wouldn't let go of leash, unable to break focus verbally or with high value treats, began salivating. Due to behavior began walking dog back to kennel, when attempting to enter building dog began to resist, pulled back on hind legs and thrashed, dog grabbed first handler's leash and chewed, would not settle or let go of leash. Resisted entering kennel as well, continued to thrash, first handler stepped into kennel and used leash pressure to guide dog in, dog then let go of leash, handler was able to exit kennel and remove both leashes by hand.
6/20/2025 Dog was at front of kennel with soft wiggly body and tail wagging. Allowed assistant handler to add two leashes; dog constantly tried pushing out of kennel; once leashes were fully on dog pushed out; started biting at one leash while walking out of building; tried redirecting with treats; not interested; exiting building dog stopped biting leash; moderate pull to yard; after a few moments of walking dog started biting at leash; tried redirecting with treats; not interested; continued biting; started salivating; started walking back to kennel; continued biting leash; thrashed before entering building; walked into building; did not enter kennel; thrashed again; redirecting attention onto leash (almost fully bit through this leash); assistant handler stepped in; continued thrashing; settled; entered kennel; assistant handler was able to step out; dog was at front; heavily panting; handler verbally coaxed distracting dog while assistant handler attempted to remove leashes; shook off; allowed assistant handler to remove leashes.

6/19/2025 Pulled dog to move kennels. Dog was easy to leash and exited building with strong pull. Once outside, dog immediately began biting leash, thrashing. Handler could not get dog to settle. Dog began chewing through leash. Whipped head towards handler several times, becoming over-aroused. Handler straight-armed leash and radioed for assistance. Second handler arrived and placed second slip lead; dog began chewing through that leash as well. Handlers attempted to parallel-walk dog but dog thrashed, redirecting towards handlers. Handlers offered high-value treats but dog showed no interest and would not release leash. Dog chewed through second handler's leash in under 30 seconds. Dog's mouth began bleeding. Handlers were able to quickly rush dog to play yard. First handler stayed with dog while second handler went to retrieve control device. While in yard, handler let dog pace around. Dog settled briefly and allowed handler to pet without issue as long as handler was not touching leash. When second handler returned, first handler picked up dog's slip lead and dog immediately grabbed it in mouth, chewing it. Second handler placed control device on dog and both handlers exited yard with dog. Dog began thrashing and alligator rolling. Whipped head towards handlers, attempting to redirect. Handlers walked dog on control device to kennel and returned dog. Removed control device but did not attempt to remove original slip lead.
