3/4/2026 Dog was closed out for AM cleaning. Standing at front of kennel; offered treat; sniffed; not interested; turned head away; side eyeing; opened kennel door; placed leash into kennel; moved away; crouched; dog slowly took steps forward; tried leasing; head ducked; took a few steps back; allowed handler to place large loop over; leashed; exited; walked ahead of handler with light pull; tail tucked; staff started walking past; dog froze; would not continue walking; cowered away; staff walked fully past; dog continued walking; turned head back; continued walking ahead of handler to m&g room. In room, dog explored briefly; approached handler; sniffed briefly; went back to exploring room; tossed treat; sniffed; did not eat; tried verbally coaxing; sat by door; started heavily panting; drooling; would not settle; dilated pupils; would start to light pace around room; then would sit by door; continued to heavy pant; would at times approach handler when pacing. Dog sat by door; handler slowly approached; dog cowered away; allowed handler to pick leash up; ears back; lightly pet lower back and top of head; hunched over; walked to room door; applied clip leash while dog was distracted; walked back to kennel; light pull; tail tucked; entered kennel; slowly removed leash by hand.
3/3/2026 Closed outside for AM cleaning. Dog was lying in the middle of kennel against wall, ears perked, calm, tossed hot dogs and tried coaxing forward verbally but dog would not approach. Dog stood as handler opened kennel, took a couple steps forward as handler presented leash, handler tried placing leash with large loop (clip leash attached), dog ducked head and lip curled, retreated towards divider. Tried coaxing forward but dog would not approach, handler stepped foot in kennel, continued to dodge leash placement, after a few attempts able to place leash with large loop. Dog exited kennel with verbal coaxing, tail partly tucked, started by reactive dogs, would repeatedly glance back at handler, walked with little pull. Cowered and side eyed as handler lowered leash stopper, explored yard, nose to ground, body neutral, began panting, dog approached handler, air scented, offered hot dogs from hand but dog wasn't interested, flinched and moved away when handler lightly touched, continued exploring yard, would walk near handler but did not actively seek attention. Followed handler into catch pen, able to pick up leash, while walking back to kennel handler was able to lift leash stopper, once again dog was startled by reactive dogs, no issues on the way back, easy return, used clip leash.
2/27/2026 Finder handed leash over to handler, dog walking into Triage. When touching torso of dog, dog whipped around growling. Had finder return to remove harness. Used squeeze gate for vaccines. When scanning with wand, dog thrashed away. Dog walked to kennel stop n go and entered with no issue, leaving leash on dog

GP/JR Provecta Advanced for dogs 21-55lbs (2.5ml) 1 tube of topical solution applied between shoulder blades by _GP__. Reapply after one month.
