4/1/2026 Moved from I to C building. Dog was at front; demand barking; dilated pupils; tried pushing out; able to leash; hard pull; exited building; handler was taking PPE off; dog was pulling in different directions; started urinating; pulled hard; stopped to defecate; continued to pull hard; entered new building; pulled towards neighboring kennel; tense; fence fighting; used leash pressure to redirect away; entered new kennel; heavy panting; slowly took leash off.

3/29/2026 On approach, dog was at life room window with soft face, wagging tail. Eager to exit and pushed snout against door opening. Bit leash once, then dropped. Handler was able to secure leash. Dog walked with very strong pull, tail flagged and body tense when passing indoor dogs. Maintained strong pull once outside. Flagged tail again towards dog in main PY; pulled hard towards yard fence, panting, chuffing. Handler called dog away, applied leash pressure, dog followed. Took so sick yard. Dog immediately ran towards stuffed toy and picked it up, shaking toy around, beginning to shred it. Dog ran up to handler with toy in mouth; began shoving toy against handler's leg. Handler would move away, dog continued to play with toy. Shredded toy into several pieces. Handler would get dog's attention, then reach for piece of toy farthest away from dog. Dog would quickly run over, wagging tail, panting. Handler would quickly toss toy piece away, dog chased and retrieved. Repeated this a few times. Dog appeared over-aroused with dilated pupils, fast pant, whining. Began jumping up against handler with open mouth while continuing to whine and pant. Handler attempted to direct dog away; dog continued to jump up, closing mouth towards handler but not making contact. Handler tossed treats away from body, then stepped into catch pen as dog was distracted. Dog ran up to catch pen gate, crying, leaping up against it. Another dog passed yard; this dog pressed snout into opening of fence, began low growling, snapping teeth towards other dog. After other dog was walked away, this dog continued to pace fence, panting, tail flagged. Began leaping up against fence, attempting to climb over. Handler used loud squeaky toy to redirect dog's attention. Returned to gate. Sat for treats. Second handler arrived. First handler let dog into catch pen, picked up leash. Dog began jumping up, biting leash. Handler used verbal correction. Opened gate; dog exited with very strong pull, growling towards other dogs while passing. Handler held dog in quiet indoor space for about 10 minutes while life room was cleaned. Dog began settling once away from stimulus. Demonstrated "sit" and "lay down" commands. Grabby with treats.
