9/15/2026 Updating color due to NHO status.
9/11/2026 Dog was at front of kennel eating as handler approached back, paused at divider then came out with neutral body, low tail, ears back, handler tossed treats, dog ate readily, once handler opened door dog went back to front of kennel, handler closed door and tossed treats, dog came out, handler closed divider, dog would pace around kennel, head low, ducking away from leash, handler tossed treats to the ground, draped leash over head, dog backed away and let leash slip off, but sat in place and handler was able to place leash successfully, exited kennel with wide eyes, closed mouth, alert to surroundings, walked with mild pull to yard, once in yard dog relieved herself, then followed handler and came up as they sat on a bench, stood facing away from them, neutral, ears back, allowed all touch and solicited further attention, handler offered treats and dog demonstrated "sit," "down," and "paw," ate gently. Dog walked to fenceline, looking outside, remained neutral, softly panting, returned to handler when called and allowed further petting, chased after a tennis ball when thrown but showed no further interest.
9/10/2026 Handler approached kennel front; Dog was in back for AM cleaning; Dog was timid and had back against wall; sitting in guillotine area; Handler unlocked door and tried to coax dog forward; Dog was hesitant didn't move; Handler spoke softly and attempted to coax verbally dog seemed willing paw forward but retreats back a little more; handler had to step in and try and place leash over head; Handler would make contact with leash; dog would head turn; avoidant of leash; handler added clip leash for precaution; Dog allowed placement but then head ducks and leash comes off fully; Dog did this 2-3 different times; Handler was finally able to place leash over head ; smaller loop; dog walked out; ignored dogs in passing; mild pull to yard; entered yard with ease; handler walks over to bench and drops leash; Dog explored yard calm; didn't jump on handler at all; more independent walked yard and surveying yard; remained neutral bodied and tail aligned; dog walked near handler sitting on bench; handler reached out to allow dog to sniff; dog sniffed and allowed petting and handling; dog solicited pets and attention one time during evaluation; remained exploring yard; ate treats gently; when time to go handler walked to exit; dog followed; allowed leash grab and followed handler; mild to moderate pull to kennel; ignored reactive dog in passing; entered kennel with ease; used clip leash for leash removal;

9/8/2026 Owner stated dog is nippy with strangers. Had owner walk dog to triage and apply muzzle. Able to vaccinate with muzzle on however, the dog was fearful and jumpy when touched. Walked to kennel and removed muzzle, dog entered kennel and removed slip leash with a clip lead.

LE Nobivac Intra-Trac3, manufactured by Merck, Serial number: 00541530B administered IN. LE Bravecto (fluralaner) for dogs >44-88lb (1000mg) 1 tube of topical solution applied in multiple spots between shoulder blades and along back by LE. Reapply after three months.
