6/10/2026 Dog was closed to back half of kennel during AM cleaning. Was laying down while trembling body. Came forward when called name. Not interested in treats. Presented leash, dog would allow for easy leash placement. Walked with a hard pull on leash to small PY while keeping tail tucked under body & body lowered. Once in PY, handler would adjust leash stopper then release leash from hand. Dog would start to pace along fence line while keeping tail tucked under body & head lowered with ears flattened. Handler called dog over, dog would approach handler when called over by name. Would "SIT", offered treats, was not interested in treats. Allowed petting without issues then would start to pace along fence line again. Would hop up onto bench in PY then attempt to jump fence, handler was able to distract dog by clapping hands then quickly picked up leash. Dog would start to pull hard on leash while continuing to pace along fence line. Handler would drop leash. Dog would attempt to jump fence line from bench again, handler would clap hands & pick up leash. Walked back to kennel with a strong pull on leash while keeping tail slightly tucked under body, ears pinned back & body lowered to the ground. Entered into kennel & allowed leash removal to be done by hand while.
6/9/2026 Dog was standing outside, alert, staring at handler through divider, unable to coax in verbally or with treats, closed divider and met dog at back half of kennel. Dog was standing at kennel door, ears pinned, neutral, took treats but didn't eat. Gave low tail wags as handler was unlocking kennel door, backed away when attempting to leash but returned to front and tried pushing through door opening, handler was able to place leash, hard pull to yard, hackles raised and tail partly tucked when walking past kenneled dogs, no attempts to interact. Dog paced around yard, panting, eyes wide, v-shaped commissure, back legs trembling, stood and scanned the top of fence, softened with wagging tail when interacting with handler, sat next to handler and allowed petting all over, continued pacing yard, still panting and scanning surroundings but returned to handler when called by name, sat for treats, eagerly took from hand. Followed handler to gate, able to pick up leash, hard pull back to kennel, easy return, attempted to push out as handler removed leash by hand.
6/4/2026 body trembling, wide eyed, stiff body, multiple attempts muzzle wraps did eventually allow handler to pick dog up in restraint and vaccines were given , walked to kennel
